IFLEX renforce son équilibre avec une deuxième augmentation de capital de 1,7 M€

IFLEX Flexible Packaging, specialized in flexible packaging solutions, has successfully completed its second capital increase for €1.7 million.

The transaction, carried out through Banca March and with DCM Asesores as registered advisor, included Fuenteladera as the main investor. The company considers Fuenteladera a strategic partner to support the growth and consolidation of the business project.

This capital increase is part of the company's strategy to strengthen its financial structure and confidently address inorganic growth opportunities through acquisitions and strategic alliances in the packaging sector.

With this capital injection, IFLEX consolidates its position as a leading partner for its clients in the flexible packaging industry, while preparing to take a decisive step in its expansion and diversification.
