This year we have been launching new products within our range of sustainable packaging. And they have been very well received!

Examples of Packaging Made with 100% Monomaterial Film

- COSMETICS SECTOR

The cosmetics sector generates a large amount of non-recyclable waste. To put it in numbers, approximately 120 billion products are produced annually, most of which are marketed in non-sustainable packaging.

For this reason, we have developed environmentally friendly packaging to help our customers become more sustainable.

In this project, our client has replaced the triple-layer aluminum sachets with a high-barrier Mono-PP.

- NUTS SECTOR

In this case, a complex laminated PET Saran and Polyethylene structure has been replaced with a Mono-PE, resulting in effective and sustainable packaging.

- COFFEE SECTOR 

Coffee packaging is crucial for maintaining the product’s properties, such as its aroma and flavor. We now have new sustainable packaging options to replace the triple-layer aluminum packaging while preserving the coffee’s properties. In this case, a high-barrier Mono-PE packaging is being used.

- MEAT SECTOR 

Our client, specializing in sliced ham, has replaced the peelable PET + PE lid packaging with Mono-PET. By using 100% monomaterial packaging, they have achieved sustainable packaging.

New Sustainable Paper Packaging Innovations

Within our range of sustainable paper solutions, we have introduced a new feature: the ability to make film with a window.

We can deliver in reel form or as a preformed bag or Doypack.
